Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 9, 2026

Balances is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our product, understand our pricing, and get in touch with us — regardless of how they browse the web.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

What we've done

Steps we've taken to make this site more accessible include:

  • Semantic page structure with landmarks (header, main, footer) and a logical heading order on every page.
  • A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
  • Keyboard operability for interactive elements, with visible focus indicators.
  • Accessible names on buttons, links, and image content.
  • Colour contrast that meets WCAG AA for text, in both light and dark themes.
  • Support for the operating-system “reduced motion” preference.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We test new features as we build them and review the site regularly. Some areas may not yet be fully optimised, and we are actively working to improve them.

Feedback

If you encounter any barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, please let us know — we treat accessibility feedback as a priority and will do our best to resolve issues promptly. You can reach us at [email protected]. Please include the page address and a description of the problem so we can look into it quickly.
