Is the $10/month offer real?
Yes. Create an account, upgrade to Pro in Settings → Billing, and enter WAVE_10 if it isn't already prefilled. You're on Pro for $10 a month, cancel anytime.
Can I import my Wave data?
Yes — Balances has a built-in Wave importer. Upload your Wave export (up to 50 MB) and it recreates your customers, invoices, transactions, and chart of accounts.
Does Balances do invoicing and payments like Wave?
Yes: invoices with pay-now links via Stripe (card and ACH), recurring invoices, and automatic payment reminders. Payments land in your books on their own.
Is there a free plan?
Personal is free forever, for personal finances. Business books run on Pro — $10 a month with the Wave code, after a 14-day free trial.
What if I leave Balances later?
Your reports export to PDF and Excel at any time, and your data stays yours. No lock-in is part of the point.
